HamJam 2011 Raffle Rules

  1. Purchase of one or more raffle tickets entitles the purchaser to participate in the HamJam 2011 raffle to be held on October 22, 2011 at approximately 12 noon at the Roswell Cultural Arts Center, 950 Forrest Street, Roswell, GA.
  2. The price for one raffle ticket is $5.00.  The price for five tickets is $20.00.
  3. The purchaser of the first ticket drawn will be awarded a Kenwood TS-590S transceiver.  The purchaser need not be present to win. 
  4. The purchaser of the second ticket drawn will be awarded an Elecraft KX3 transceiver.  The purchaser need not be present to win.
  5. The purchasers of the remaining tickets drawn will have their choice of one of the remaining prizes in the order their tickets are drawn until the prizes are exhausted.  The purchasers must be present to be awarded a prize.  If a ticket is drawn for a purchaser who is not present, that ticket will be withdrawn from the raffle.  Alternatively, a purchaser may designate an attendee to act as his/her proxy; the proxy must have the winning ticket stub or e-mail ticket receipt in his/her possession to claim the prize.
  6. Winners must identify themselves with the matching ticket stub, an e-mail ticket receipt or a government issued photo document.
  7. Only one prize will be awarded to an individual.
  8. Tickets may be purchased from an officer or board member of the Southeast DX Club or the North Fulton Amateur Radio League through October 22, 2011.  Tickets are also available via the NFARL Mart through October 19, 2011.
  9. The raffle prizes described on the hamjam.info web site and all other related communications are accurate to the best knowledge of the HamJam 2011 organizers.  Prizes may vary slightly from images shown.
  10. Winners of the top two prizes will pay shipping costs if they are not present.

North Fulton Amateur Radio League is licensed by the Sheriff's Department of Fulton County, Georgia to conduct raffles.
